To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided during registration must match the government-issued identification document you will submit during the KYC verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting"), whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. wira99 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts will be permanently closed, all bonuses voided, and all funds forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify wira99 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Important: wira99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or phone call. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
wira99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000; the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Deposits are typically credited to your wira99 Account Balance within 1–5 minutes. In rare cases where the BI-FAST real-time payment network is unavailable, manual processing may take up to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). wira99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees — please check with your financial institution before initiating a deposit.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires you to submit a clear photograph of your government-issued identification document (Indonesian e-KTP or passport) and a recent selfie holding the same document. The name on your identification document must match the name registered on your wira99 Account. KYC verification is typically completed within 2–6 hours during business hours.
Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If you have deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposit source to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
wira99 operates a strict AML policy in accordance with international financial crime prevention standards. Any deposit must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity will trigger a manual security review and may result in a hold on your Account. wira99 reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of address, proof of income, source-of-funds verification) if unusual transaction patterns are detected.
Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day and Rp 200.000.000 per month. VIP members receive higher limits; contact support for details. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours (00:00 – 06:00 WIB) may experience slight processing delays. wira99 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 100.000.000 in a single transaction.
Important: Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited to prevent fraud and money laundering.
wira99 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% only if the odds are 1.75 or higher. wira99 defines bonus abuse as any systematic exploitation of promotional offers through methods including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, placing offsetting bets (arbitrage), or using software to automate bet placement. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Account will be permanently closed.
Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in your Account, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Once wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash and become part of your regular Account Balance.
All bets are accepted on the basis that the outcome is uncertain at the time the bet is placed. wira99 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known or reasonably should have been known at the time of placement. Bets placed after an event has started (late bets) will be voided if the result was affected by events that occurred before the bet was accepted. All sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport.
Odds displayed on the wira99 platform are subject to change in real time based on market conditions and betting activity. The odds applicable to your bet are the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed and accepted by the system. wira99 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage, syndicate betting, or technical error.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For togel lottery draws, if an official result is not published by the draw organiser within 24 hours of the scheduled draw time, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes returned.
All slot machines, table games, and live dealer games offered on wira99 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe. In no event shall wira99's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Common reasons for account closure include breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, abusive behaviour toward staff, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, wira99 may withhold any Balance in your Account if there is evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Upon termination of your Account, you will lose access to all wira99 services. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. wira99 may retain your personal data for a period of up to 7 years after account closure to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
wira99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the wira99 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using wira99 and close your Account.
Material changes to these Terms (such as changes affecting deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or liability) will be announced via email to your registered email address and via a prominent notice on the wira99 homepage for a period of at least 14 days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gambling platforms. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against wira99.
